Biography
He attended "Mircea cel Batran" in Constanta, after which he graduated in Medicine in Bucharest.
Since 1972, he works as a specialist in Galati County Hospital, and since 1995 head of the intensive care unit of this hospital and its spokesman.
As a teacher begins to work in 1993 as lecturer at the University "Lower Danube" in Galati - Faculty of Medicine. Since 2002, lecturer, and since 2006 professor at the same universitate.Tatal his uniersitar professor at the University of Galati and his mother a doctor at the infectious diseases hospital in Galati. He was born in Bucharest. He has published 16 books (alone or as co-author) medical specialties and 93 scientific articles in national and international journals. [1]
It is also known as a fiction writer, having published eight books, including "False Treaty of navigation" (1977), "Shut up and swim" (2000), "A dying sea" (2008).
As spokesman for the ICU Galati County Hospital, he was currently in the news of several TV stations. He was subsequently invited to other programs, and between 2011-2012, had its own local television talk show on TV Galati.
In June 2012, he elected President of Galati County Council from USL
