Mark is a biochemist with 14 years experience in proteomics, specialising in separation sciences and quantitative mass spectrometry. He has strong interests in biomedical applications, in particular molecular cancer biology, and is developing methods to quantitatively profile changes in protein phosphorylation. Mark conducted PhD research with Prof. Keith Williams in the fledgling APAF facility, and then went on to post-doctoral research with Prof. Philip Andrews in the Dept. Biological Chemistry at the University of Michigan Medical School. He returned to APAF in 2004 to direct biomedical research projects.
