Lisa has been the Director of Nursing and/or Chief Executive Officer at several aged care facilities and small hospitals in Victoria and Queensland.Lisa has worked at 3 Australian Universities across Victoria and Queensland training nurses and developing programs including the creation of the first program in Victoria at the time to allow BN students to register as Enrolled Nurses after their second year of study. She has taught in a variety of courses ranging from Certificate III level to Masters levels. She also has numerous publications including book chapters in text books and 2 books she has published with co-authors.
