Julia Aucoin

Biography

 Dr. Julia Aucoin holds the position of nurse research scientist at Duke University Health System. She is a national leader in continuing nursing education with extensive experience in accreditation consultation. Julia has a vast amount of speaking and consulting experience with the ANCC Magnet Recognition Program. Julia has worked with clients nationally and internationally on both continuing nursing education accreditation and Magnet Recognition. Julia is able to translate theory into practice and is able to motivate an organization’s staff toward success using its own strengths. She is the author of dozens of articles, book chapters, and presentations.
