Joaquin has more than 20 years of experience in multinational corporate environments, advising in the field of cross-border transactions, project finance, commercial contracts and regulatory compliance, amongst other subjects. Prior to Broseta, he practiced law at Rousaud Costas Duran (2014-2016), as well as at Occimetex Capital Partners (2012-2014). He also has significant in-house experience, having acted as the General Counsel of Occidental Hotels & Resorts for 4 years. Joaquin obtained his law degree from the University of Navarra (1992), with a specialisation in Corporate Law.
