Biography
 Huachun is an epidemiologist and an NHMRC Post-doctoral Research Fellow. He completed his PhD in 2013 on the prevalence, incidence and serological responses of human papillomavirus (HPV) in a cohort of teenage MSM (HYPER Study, Melbourne). His previous research experience included: The role of genital warts in HIV acquisition: a population-based cohort study based on the national healthcare data in Taiwan (funded by Taiwan Ministry of Technology); STIs and BBVs surveillance (Burnet Institute); Sexual health clinic based interventions aimed at increasing HIV/STIs testing in MSM (Melbourne Sexual Health Centre); Sexual risk behaviours and HIV infection in MSM in China (NCAIDS, China CDC). He has extensive experiences in data linkage, data management and analysis of cross-sectional and complex cohort data, and supervising junior researchers and managing research projects.
