Biography

He is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Industrial Management, at I-Shou University (ISU), Taiwan. At present he involved in training and consultancy activities with the Distribution and Warehousing Research Centre at I-Shou University. A member of the Industrial Engineering and Management Program in the National Science Council, Taiwan, he had consulting experience in global manufacturing investment with the UK government Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, working on behalf of both Taiwan companies and official UK government agencies in England. In recent years, he also contributed to a number of research projects including MISSION, SYNERGY, and SWIMS.
