  Pulmonary hypertension (PH) is a haemodynamic and pathophysiological condition defined as an increase in mean pulmonary arterial pressure (PAP) ≥ 25 mmHg at rest as assessed by right heart catheterization. We report a patient with severe pulmonary hypertension after repair of ventricular septal defect. The patient underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
