Haiming Ding is working as a research scientist in College of Medicine, College of Public Health, USA. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. His research interest includes wide range of publications like “Heterobivalent dual-target probe for targeting GRP and Y1 receptors on tumor cells” in Journal of Bioorganic & Medicinal Chemistry Letters.
His research focuses on developing novel cancer preventive approach using food based natural product and investigate the underlying mechanisms. My recent research on avocado meat has found that avocado extract and concentrated powder inhibit DMBA induced oral cancer development in hamster cheek pouch model. I hope my research will advance our understanding and utilizing food in cancer prevention.
