Dr. Gratian Cronery Rwekaza has been a Lecturer in Management and Co-operative Business Management at Moshi Co-operative University for 10 years. His main areas of teaching and research are microfinance, community development, cooperative management and development, rural project planning and management, community participation, training needs assessment, business planning and organizational development, conflict management, lobbying, and advocacy.
