Biography
Dr Francisco de la Peña Fernández-Garnelo is a specialist in the law of mergers and acquisitions. His main areas of expertise include corporate finance, merger control and regulation. He has an interest in the energy and financial services sectors. Francisco holds an LLB from the University of Navarre, an LLM from the LSE, a PhD from King's College London and an MBA from the University of Cambridge. He is dual qualified in both England and Wales, and Madrid and has practised in Brussels, London and Paris.
