Dr. Biddiss designs innovative technologies that create possibilities for young people with disabilities to participate more enjoyably and effectively in arts, music, physical activities and therapies. Her research is focused on the creation of assistive devices that expand opportunities for self-expression, participation, and independent living for children and youth with disabilities. Multidisciplinary research is on the interface of engineering, computer science, rehabilitation, physiology, design, arts, and fashion.
