Peter Khaola is the senior lecturer in the Department of Business Administration, National University of Lesotho (NUL). He obtained his B.Com, MSc in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management, and PhD from the National University of Lesotho; the London School of Economics; and the University of Witwatersrand respectively. His research interests are in areas of Human Resources Management and Organisational Behaviour, with particular emphasis on organisational citizenship behaviour, innovative work behaviour, leadership, entrepreneurial intentions, organisational justice and commitment.
