Dr Dong Xiao is currently working as a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacology Chemical Biology and University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute at University of Pittsburgh. His laboratory focuses on the study of some dietary natural products on the effects and biomarkers of their prevention/therapy of prostate and breast cancers. Their field of expertise is chemoprevention and the inhibition of cancer cell growth through the modulation of genes that are associated with cell cycle autophagy and apoptosis.
