BSc in Physical Education from Sao Paulo State University - UNESP "Julio de Mesquita Filho" (1989), Certification in Motor Performance Assessment by the State University of Londrina UEL/PR (1995), Master's Degree in Physical Education at the University of Sao Paulo, USP (2004), PhD in Physical Education by the University of Sao Paulo (2009), Livre-docência (Associate Degree) in the Knowledge of Measurement and Evaluation in Physical Education and Sport, by the University of Sao Paulo (2015) and Post-Doctorate (ongoing) at the Faculty of Sport, University of Porto (2020).
