Chii-Ming Chen is a Vice President From 2010-present and Senior in the Department of Surgery from 1990-present he is Specialist in Breast cancer surgery.

From 06/1980 - 02/1990 He is Attending Surgeon of Surgery, at Taipei Veterans General Hospital, Taiwan. 03/1990 - 04/2010 he was Chief in Surgery at Koo Foundation Sun Yat-Sen Cancer Center, Taiwan

He has membership with, Surgical Association of the Republic of China, Formosan Medical Association, Surgical Society of Gastroenterology ROC, The Gastroenterological Society of the Republic of China, International Chirurgial Digestivae, and Chinese Oncology Association
