Biography
Wu Hsiang holds a master's degree in sociology/art theory from Oldenburg University, Germany, and a doctorate in Economics and Social Sciences from Oldenburg University, Germany. He is currently a full-time associate professor in the Department of Fine Arts at National Changhua Normal University. His research expertise is in cultural policy, art economics, and art criticism, museology, art sociology, and art law, and he has long been committed to the supervision and research of cultural and art policies.
