Dr. Ann Britt has been employed by the Institute of Energy Technology (IFE) in Norway, since 1997. She works from a system-oriented perspective within the field of human factors, focusing on how to promote the safe and efficient operation of high-risk industrial processes. Her special areas of interest include teamwork in co-located and distributed teams, training for unforeseen events, continuous learning and coaching, and the impact of automatic systems on human performance.
