Ana Escoval

Biography

She is Associate Professor of Political and Health Administration, the National School of Public Health. Part of the Assembly of Representatives and the Pedagogical Council. It is also a founding member of the Portuguese Observatory on Health Systems. Since February 2000 joins the team that coordinates the development of the Observatory Portuguese Health System (OPSS) in ENSP and is part of the network of researchers who work in it. Since December 1986 to April 2003, teaching activities developed as assistant asked the Financial Accounting chair in the School of Accounting and Lisbon Administration (ISCAL) in accumulation regime, approved by Ministerial Order. Since February 1998 integrates the research team from the School of the Research Unit of ISCTE Management (UNIDE). Between May 1999 and June 2004, worked as the Scientific Committee and the Executive and as a teacher of the Master in Health Services Management member at the Institute Superior Labor and Business Sciences (ISCTE), authorized by ministerial order.
