DOI: 10.37421/2155 9821.2022.12.554

Reactions in gas-liquid sistem are one of the methods for carrying out of process at hemical technology. Fo forming such sistem have been developed different constructure of apparatuses among that traditionally has use mixing vessel with agitator and device for gas sparched. Water ozonating is reaction that carrying out in gas -liquid sistem and is employs for clearig natural water at stations of water supply and at installation of utilisation of sewage water. At present time ozanatig of water has industrial development so there is interested for aplication advanced apparatuses.

Surmising Alterations in Fermentation Process Utilizing Photonic Sculpting Pathway of Fructose Disk Space Under Active Biomass Situations

Microbial metabolism is heavily influenced by environmental factors. While these can be well controlled in the laboratory, large-scale bioreactors are distinguished by inhomogeneities and, as a result, dynamic conditions for the organisms. The mechanistic response of Saccharomyces cerevisiae to frequent perturbations in industrial bioreactors is still unknown. To investigate the adaptations to prolonged dynamic conditions, we used previously published repeated substrate perturbation regime experimental data, supplemented it with proteomic measurements, and combined the two for modeling approaches. Data from multiple sources, including quantitative metabolize, enrichment, and flux quantification, were combined. Kinetic metabolic modeling was used to investigate the dynamics of the relevant intracellular metabolic response. A previously developed model of yeast central carbon metabolism was expanded, and various subsets of enzymatic kinetic constants were estimated.

Algal Biomethanation Generate with Organic Amendments

Taumudeen Arek*

DOI: 10.37421/2155-9821.2022.12.551

Microalgae may be a viable alternative to fossil fuels that have a negative environmental impact. Higher quality biogas can be produced by combining microalgae with other substrates. This type of biogas is regarded as one of the most promising solutions for mitigating climate change. The study included new research into biogas yield in a three-stage bioreactor (TSB) during the anaerobic digestion of Cladophora glomeration microalgae with inoculants from cattle manure and sewage sludge at different organic loading rates (OLR). The goal of selecting the optimal OLR in this manner was to increase the energy potential of biomass. The study was carried out at OLRs of 2.87, 4.06, and 8.13 Kg VS/m3 d. The highest biogas yield was determined after extensive research.
