Cultural intelligence (CQ) plays a pivotal role in facilitating effective cross-cultural management and networking serves as a powerful tool to harness the benefits of CQ. This article explores the symbiotic relationship between networking and cultural intelligence and highlights how they collectively contribute to successful cross-cultural management. We discuss the key concepts of cultural intelligence, the significance of networking and practical strategies for leveraging this synergy in the corporate world.
