I received my Ph.D. in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Edinburgh and am currently working at the Rockefeller University. My research background is associated with developmental biology, epigenetics and stem cell research. More info about my education and research background, please find it out in my CV. Currently, being as a postdoctoral researcher, I really wish to improve my skills of critical thinking. Therefore, I wish to be a volunteer reviewer of your journal. If I have the chance, I will carefully read the manuscripts and related references and try my best to give some reasonable comments to the author(s). Many thanks for your time again and I'm looking forward to your reply.
Developmental biology and mammalian embryonic engineering, Epigenetics mammalian ES cell Biological Science, Epigenetics and Signalling the heterogeneity and lineage commitment of mammalian embryonic stem (ES) cells. Revealed the role of histone methyltransferase G9a/GLP complex in the maintenance of DNA methylation at imprinted loci in mammalian ES cells. Investigated the mechanisms involved in generation of induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells in domestic animals.Investigated immortalization of somatic cells and generation of induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells in domestic animals. Optimized the method of mouse germ cell cryopreservation and studied embryonic development in microgravity.
