Biography

Liang Kong is an assistant professor of Mathematics in the Department of Mathematical Science, University of Illinois at Springfield. Prior to joining UIS, he received PhD degree in Applied Mathematics from Auburn University in 2013.

Research Interest

Differential Equations, Dynamical Systems, and Mathematical Biology. More precisely: Qualitative studies of nonlinear evolution equations that arise in biology, with emphasis on the global and dynamical structure of solutions.
