Dr. Jin-Yuarn Lin is currently working at Department of Food Science and Biotechnology, National Chung Hsing University, Taiwan. The research interest of the scientist includes Food Science and Biotechnology. Dr. Jin-Yuarn Lin is serving as an honorary reviewer for Journal of Molecular and Genetic Medicine and has authored of several research articles/books related to Nutritional Biochemistry, Nutritional Immunology, Enzymes, Cellular and molecular Nutrition, Genetic Immunology, Nutritional Chemistry, Immunology, Nutritional Epidemiology, Biotechnology.
