Abstract :

Background: Having tested the positive results of borrowed from the folk healers the method cancer treatment, it was explained the mechanism of this method treatment: The shift into the considerable increase aerobic metabolism of an organism for maintenance stability Internal Medium and Internal Energy of an organism in condition of the treatment by ?Prolonged medical Starvation? (during 42-45 days) causes the considerable consumption of Acetyl-CoA for the oxidative phase of metabolism (Krebs cycle) damaging cancer anabolic pathway of metabolism without injury for an organism. The results: Inflow of substances and energy from an organism depot as in condition of prolonged medical starvation is the first feature of the new method of cancer treatment. The forced shift of balance catabolic and anabolic processes into catabolic processes in the condition of the organism depot exhaustion owing to prolonged medical starvation for maintenance of stability of the organism Internal Energy is the second feature of the new method of cancer treatment. Shift of balance catabolic and anabolic processes of the organism Internal Medium into catabolic processes in the condition of the organism depot exhaustion owing to prolonged medical starvation causes shift of the tumor metabolism into a catabolic pathway with damage of tumor anabolic pathway results in damage of tumor metabolism and Warburg effect. The significance: The advantage of the new method of cancer treatment is that the new method of cancer disease treatment does not intrude into the stability of Internal Medium and Internal Energy an organism and cells, does not violate defensive mechanisms of an organism /immune and hormonal systems/ in comparison with targeting metabolic links of anabolic processes both in the organism and in the tumor causing break hormonal regulatory processes and protective immune processes in an organism in up-to-date methods of treatment. The new method of cancer disease treatment rearranges only pathologic metabolism of cancer tissue into normal metabolism. It was offered possible integrative therapies new method cancer disease treatment with some modern methods treatment which should be made after detail clinic trials.

M. Ponizovskiy possess degree PhD at the age of 40 years. In a current of 10 years he worked as the therapist in clinical hospital of Darnitsky area of Kiev [Ukraine]. In 1969 he worked in Palladin Biochemical Institute of Academy sciences of Ukraine in department ?Biochemistry of growth? / the Head of department professor Korotkoruchka V.P./. Since 1970 he have received qualification the doctor of the laboratory and continued to co-operate with department of academician Belitser of Palladin Biochemical Institute. HE together with several employees of department have published some articles in journal Experimental biology and medicine. Working as the Head of clinical and biochemical laboratory he have also published annually articles in journals ?Laboratory affair? and ?Actual of a problem of medicine and biology?. Since 1990 he also worked as the Head of toxicological laboratory of the Kiev regional p/n hospital. Simultaneously he worked having a second job as the doctor of emergency ambulance Besides I was explained the mechanism of this method treatment, using the concept of Warburg effect mechanism, which was published in the journal ?Critical Reviews in Eukaryotic Gene Expression?, 2010, 20 (4), 325 - 339.
