Abstract :

During the period 2016-2017, 15 men were observed after reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament. They were on average 25-26 years old. They performed a physiotherapy program combined with appropriate exercise of sensorimotor stimulation. The special sensorimotor stimulation exercises were tailored to overcome muscle imbalance, unwanted (pathological) proprioceptive information from the operated knee joint. The effectiveness of the applied combined program in physiotherapy was determined using a test for evaluation of static, dynamic balance and posture control. The results are similar to studied healthy men.
