Abstract :

I n accordance with the implementation of State Program of Reforming and Development of Health for 2011-2015, "Salamatty Kazakhstan" one of the main priorities is to increase the responsibility on the primary health level, with the focus from inpatient to ambulatory - polyclinic has been help some progress. It should be noted that the hospital care in Kazakhstan is on the 71 specialized departments for adults and 30 specialized departments for children. The most popular profiles to the public offices are for pregnant women - 16.7% of hospitalizations, therapeutic office - 10.9% of hospitalizations and surgical units - 10.2% of admissions (Report of the National Information and Analytical Center of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012, hereinafter RIAC). The structure trends in hospitalization for more than half of patients receive a referral from a primary care physician (28.2%) or clinics (25.7%). To 24.2% is the direction of physicians and other emergency medical care for patients comes on their own (21.9%). Emergency hospital admissions for the RK up almost 70%. In the structure of the hospitalized cases, according to 2011 in the Republic of Kazakhstan first place ranking among adults and adolescents take circulatory system diseases (16.2%), digestive diseases (9.1%) and respiratory diseases (5.7%) (RIAC , 2012). Consequently, 31% of hospital beds therapeutic profile for adults and adolescents are defined above by 3 groups of diseases. Based on the foregoing, the purpose of this study is optimization of beds and staff resources therapeutic profile in Kazakhstan.

Biography :

Ainur Bakdauletkyzy Kumar was born in Almaty (Kazakhstan) in 1984. Graduated in therapy by Kazakh National Medical University of Almaty in 2007. She has completed her master degree at Public health by Kazakh National Medical University (KazNMU) of Almaty in 2010. Currently she is Ph.D student of School of Public health by KazNMU. She started her research career in hospital management. Now her interests are in approaches for optimization of hospital bed recourses, particularly on therapeutic profile. She has published 2 papers in her research career .
