The core of neurorehabilitation for MND involves tailored interventions to address specific impairments, thereby improving the daily living capabilities of affected individuals. Physical therapy is recognized as a crucial component of MND management, focusing on maintaining patient mobility and overall physical function. This discipline employs personalized exercise programs meticulously designed to counteract progressive muscle weakness, bolster endurance levels, and crucially, prevent the onset of contractures, which can further limit movement and independence.
