DeFi represents a departure from centralized financial systems, where intermediaries like banks and financial institutions play pivotal roles. Instead, it leverages blockchain technology to create a transparent, open, and trustless ecosystem. In this landscape, financial activities, including lending, borrowing, trading, and more, occur directly between participants, without the need for traditional intermediaries. This shift has far-reaching implications. It democratizes access to financial services, providing opportunities for individuals who were previously excluded from traditional banking systems [2]. Moreover, it introduces a level of transparency and security that was previously unimaginable in the financial sector.
