The authors discuss the benefits, challenges, and future trends of integrating AI, highlighting its capacity to drive innovation and improve sustainability and efficiency in manufacturing processes[2]. The article presents a review of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT)-based smart manufacturing, covering its foundational concepts, architectural frameworks, and key technologies.
