Wound mending properties of Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSC) is a subject of incredible intrigue and their system of activity is primarily ascribed to their paracrine impacts and their capability to separate in the region of contact, in this manner bringing about injury recuperating. Umbilical Cord (UCMSC) inferred MSC and Bone marrow determined MSC (BM MSC) are both acceptable contender for wound recuperating. Anyway the simplicity in securing UCMSC makes it an alluring contender for wound recuperating. The capacities of both MSC towards wound mending isn't explained unmistakably and thus we attempt this investigation to look at UC MSC and BM MSC supernatants and measure certain key cytokines. We additionally analyze its separation properties at various sections and study if both these properties are interlinked. We found that UC MSC holds its separation properties superior to BM MSC, and that their paracrine abilities appear to be interlinked with their separation potencies.
