Oxidative Stress Review Articles

disturbance of the balance between the production of reactive oxygen species and antioxidant defenses is called oxidative stress and is discussed in relation to its possible role in the production of tissue damage in diabetes mellitus. Several studies have suggested that oxidative stress could play a role in the pathogenesis of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and more specifically in the transition from simple fatty liver disease to steatohepatitis. Some studies have suggested that, in addition to endotoxins, cytokines, hyperlipidemia and hyperinsulinemia, oxidative stress could play a role in the pathogenesis of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and more specifically in the transition from fatty liver disease simple and steatohepatitis (i.e. coexisting fatty liver disease with necrosis and inflammation of hepatocytes). The review articles are a summary of the current state of knowledge on a particular research subject. They analyze or discuss research previously published by scientists and academics rather than reporting new research results. The journal article is in the form of systematic reviews and literature reviews and constitutes a form of secondary literature. Systematic reviews determine an objective list of criteria and find all previously published original research articles that meet the criteria. They then compare the results presented in these articles. Literature reviews, on the other hand, provide a summary of what the authors believe to be the best and most relevant previous publications. The concept of "review article" is distinct from the concept of peer-reviewed literature. An exam may be peer reviewed, and an exam may not be peer reviewed.
