With the high number of COVID-19 cases, it's apparent that SARS-CoV-2 is definitely transmitted and there are large variations in disease severity. This review highlights the importance of exploring the contribution of aerosol transmission of SARS-CoV-2 as means for understanding an approach for prevention infections. Further associated with preventions, the role of genetic susceptibility and resistance to SARS-CoV-2 exposure and its associated disease is discussed. this may be key to raised understand makes some SARS-CoV-2 infected individuals extremely sensitive while others are asymptomatic.Human Genomics may be a peer-reviewed, open access journal that focuses on the appliance of genomic analysis altogether aspects of human health and disease, also as genomic analysis of drug efficacy and safety, and comparative genomics.
