With the high number of COVID-19 cases, it's apparent that SARS-CoV-2 is definitely transmitted and there are large variations in disease severity. This review highlights the importance of exploring the contribution of aerosol transmission of SARS-CoV-2 as means for understanding an approach for prevention infections.
