Neurohormone Open Access Articles
The hormones that are produced and publish by neuroendocrine cells into the blood stream are known as neurohormones. The neuroendocrine cells are also known as neurosecretory cells. By definition of being hormones, these are secreted into the blood for common effects, but these Neurohormones can also have other functions as neurotransmitter or as self-messenger i.e, autocrine messenger or local messengers i.e, paracrine messenger. In specialized hypothalamic neurons the hypothalamus cause neurohypophysial hormones as well as releasing hormones which extend to the median eminence and neurohypophysis. Journal articles are most often Primary Research Articles. However, they can also be Review Articles. These types of articles have separate aims and requirements. Sometimes, an article report a new tool or method. Because articles in scientific journals are specific, meticulously mention and peer-evaluate, journal databases are the best place to look for information on previous research on your species. Without a background in the field, journal articles may be compact to understand - however, you do not need to understand an entire article to be able to get valuable information from it.
