Neurodevelopmental disorders normally include the parameters and conditions that depend on the start of the development period. Neurodevelopmental disorders begin at the early prenatal stage with severe neurological development which occurs with the proliferation of the radial glia and neurons. These disorders are also characterized by a developmental deficiency which leads to a dysfunction of personal, social, academic or professional functioning. The range of developmental disabilities varies from certain limitations in learning or controlling executive functions to overall dysfunction in social skills or intelligence. Scholarly journal is a peer-reviewed journal in which studies on a particular academic discipline are published. The scholarly journals serve as forums for the introduction and presentation for the review of new research and the critique of existing research. Content is usually in the form of articles presenting original research, review articles and book reviews. The term scholarly journal applies to scholarly publications in all fields; this article deals with aspects common to all academic field journals.
