Thyroid hormone helps in many organ good absorption of oxygen for the proper functioning. If the hypothyroidism occurs the production and supply of hormone is very low. For the proper blood transmission through heart needs proper supply of oxygen to heart muscle so they can relax and contract easily, but the people with hypothyroidism have thyroid disorders and they may get diastolic dysfunction and they have more chances of heart failure.
