According to available reports, nearly 100 journals, 162 conferences, 30 workshops are currently devoted exclusively to Gynecology, and around 366,282 articles are published on current trends in Gynecology. In terms of research annually; The United States, India, Japan, Brazil and Canada are some of the main countries where the maximum studies related to gynecology are carried out. As reported in the article "Pregnant women with fulminant tuberculosis of the omentum and placenta" by Baraa K Nabulsi, et al. This is a case report of a 24-year-old Somali girl in her 27th week of gestation who received Rifampicin, Ethambutol, INH, Pyridoxine, and Pyrazinamide as treatment for systemic TB. She did not respond to treatment. She died of a brain stem infarction (brain death). Based on the MRI results, multiple cerebral tuberculomas suggesting cerebral tuberculosis were observed. Brain biopsy was not performed and treatment started at 27 weeks gestation. Patient arrested and transferred to ICU with GCS of 3-4 / 15. Cesarean section was performed at 29 weeks gestation and the baby was not infected. There was a consultation for seeding tuberculosis spread throughout the omentum and placenta of the patient. A histopathology sample was taken, showing that the placenta and omentum contained focal areas of microinfarcts and necrotizing granulomas consistent with tuberculosis. We emphasize that screening should be performed during pregnancy to discover latent infection, asymptomatic disease, and to reduce the incidence of congenital TB. Aggressive early treatment for disease spread, especially when associated with pregnancy, and the importance of early diagnosis and therapy will result in regression of the lesions.
