Aging well is positively influenced by staying independent, self-possessed contentment, and being financially secured, in addition to being socially engaged and enjoying good physical and mental health. With raising number of older adults worldwide, improving health and well-being becomes a preference for aging well. Well-being and physical and mental health are closely associated, and this relation may become more essential at older ages as it may devote to aging well. Healthy aging means continually recreating yourself as you pass through memorial ages such as 60, 70, 80 and beyond. It means finding new things you enjoy, learning to acclimate to change, staying physically and mentally active, and feeling connected to your neighborhood and loved ones. Staying healthy and feeling happy is very important at any age.
