Anatomical pathology or anatomical pathology is a medical science involved in the study of the macroscopic, microscopic, chemical and medical specialty which deals with the molecular examination of organs, tissues and rarely whole bodies (autopsy). Italian citizen Giovan Battista Morgagni de Forlì was the pioneer to start this study. Anatomical pathology is one of the branches of pathology that studies the root causes of a particular disease using laboratory analysis of body fluids and / or tissue. Often, pathologists follow anatomical and clinical pathology, a mixture called general pathology. Similar specialties exist in veterinary pathology. Anatomical pathology concerns the process, examination and designation of surgical samples by a doctor trained in pathological sciences. Clinical pathology is a division that deals with diagnostic needs such as the number of vegetative cells, natural action studies, urinalysis, blood sugar determination and throat cultures. Its subsections include chemistry, hematology, biology, immunology, diagnostics and banking. The procedures used in anatomical pathology include: • Macroscopic examination - the examination of pathological tissue with optics. This is often necessary for giant tissue fragments, as the disease will usually be known visually. In addition to this step, the specialist doctor selects the areas that can be treated for histopathology. Attention will generally be focused on electrical assistance with a hand-held glass optical microscope or stereomicroscope, particularly after examination of parasitic organisms. • Histopathology - microscopic examination of histological techniques for victimizing sections of colored tissue. The quality staining area is hematoxylin and resorcinolphthalein, but there are several others.
