He got his Ph. D. in Electrical Engineering - Materials Science from “The Pennsylvania State University, University Park, Pennsylvania”. He is a Physicist with extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of high- and low-power laser systems, electro-optics, photonics, holography, nano- and micro-fabrication and materials science attained through various defense projects developed individually or by being part of multidisciplinary teams. NSF review panel participant, peer review journal referee for Optics Express, Applied Optics, Optics Letters, Applied Physics Letters and Japanese Journal of Applied Physics.
