    Ultrafiltration (UF) membranes have become a critical technology in water treatment due to their ability to remove a wide range of contaminants, including suspended solids, bacteria, viruses and macromolecules. One of the emerging applications of UF membranes is in the treatment of car wash wastewater, which contains a complex mixture of detergents, oils, grease and particulate matter.
