  Through a rare and complex clinical history of Mycobacterium bovis aortitis after intravesical instillation of OncoTICE, we illustrate the importance of a thorough diagnostic research, considering the history of the patient in its entirety and the collaboration between various medical discipline such as histopathology, bacteriology, radiology, internal medicine and surgery.
