Yujing Li received his PhD in Institute of Genetics Chinese Academy of Sciences Beijing China in 1996. Currently, he is working as a senior scientist at Department of Human Genetics, Emory University. His research interest is molecular genetics human, mouse, fly and neuroscience particularly in the roles of noncoding RNAs in neural development and neurodegeneration as well as chemical approaches towards dissection of RNAi pathway. He has been authorized for more than 30 research articles and several book chapters. He is a member of American Society of Human Genetics. He has been honored as an honorary professor at the Key Laboratory of Genetic Engineering and Breeding of Shaanxi Province PR China 1997-2000.
