Yoshiyuki Sankai

Biography

Yoshiyuki Sankai received the Ph.D. degree in engineering from the University of Tsukuba, Japan, in 1987.,He was Research Fellow of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor at the Graduate School of Systems and Information Engineering, University of Tsukuba, and a Visiting Professor of Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He is currently a Professor of the Faculty of Engineering, Information and Systems, University of Tsukuba, Tsukuba, Japan, the Director of the Center for Cybernics Research (CCR), University of Tsukuba, the President and CEO of CYBERDYNE, Inc.
