Biography
Dr. Watanabe K. invented many of the skull-based techniques and instruments that neurosurgeons use today. He’s currently on the editorial board for Neurosurgery, British Journal of Neurosurgery and Neurologia Medico-chirurgica.He has provided service to multiple foundations, including serving on the Board of Directors of Southern Tohoku Research Institute for Neuroscience; as the Director, International Neurosurgery Education & Research Foundation; and as the Chairman of the Medical Sciences Department of the Japan Brain Foundation.
