Biography

Dr. Stephen Lewis is a board certified and dual fellowship trained orthopaedic spine surgeon at the Toronto Western Hospital and the Hospital for Sick Children affiliated with the University of Toronto, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. In addition, he is an Assistant Professor of Neurosurgery at UHN. Dr. Lewis received his medical degree at McGill University in Montreal, Quebec and completed a surgical internship at Mount Sinai Hospital, University of Toronto in Ontario.
