Biography

Dr. Rupert M. Evans Sr. is an Associate Professor, Chairman and Director of the Health Administration Program at Governors State University and the owner of his own consulting company Trepur LLC. He is the immediate past President and CEO of the Institute for Diversity in Health Management a 501c (3) corporation affiliated with the American Hospital Association. At Governors State Rupert serves as course director for the Healthcare Management Courses and lectures in many others. His consulting practice focuses on diversity and healthcare management.
