Biography
Dr Ravi Kant Upadhyay holds the chair in the Department of Zoology, DDU Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur, UP, India. Presently he is working on immunocytochemical localization of sterol binding proteins in the latex. With this, he is also trying to observe the latex proteins and their role in cell signalling in insects, mainly in hemipteran and homopteran insects. Besides, he is also engaged in latex generated toxicity in mammals.
