I am Professor at the Department of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics, also serving as Pro Vice-Chancellor, and Dean, in-charge, School of Medical Science, University of Hyderabad. I received Ph.D. from the University of Hyderabad and have done Post-Doctoral from Japan and UK. In 1996 I joined the University of Hyderabad, So far I have guided 17 doctoral students and is currently supervising 8 Ph.D. students and 2 Post-Doctoral students.
