Dr. Madjid Soltani has completed his PhD in the University of Waterloo, Waterloo Institute for Nanotechnology and is doing his postdoctoral studies in the University of Johns Hopkins, School of Medicine. Madjid’s research focuses on tumor vascularization and drug delivery to solid tumors. Madjid’s PhD thesis and his numerous refereed publications and conference presentations represent a significant contribution to the mathematical biology of tumors, and will form the foundation for future studies. Indeed, Madjid already has an impressive publication record, publishing more than 15 papers. He also has more than 60 conference presentations. In addition to publications and too many awards, Madjid has awarded the University's 2013 Outstanding Achievement in Graduate Studies Honours.
